Meet the Founder
I founded MUCSET after building an executive-level career across nonprofit, for-profit, service, technology, and education sectors. I have built organizational structures and operational functions from the ground up, led nonprofits with workforces exceeding 1,000 employees, and scaled service organizations across multiple states and locations, navigating the compliance, structural, and leadership challenges that come with real organizational complexity. I have spent as much time advising executives on direction and strategy as I have building the operational systems that make that strategy real. What sets me apart is not just the breadth of my experience but the depth I have gained through hands-on operational work myself, bringing that ground-level understanding into every strategic engagement. That experience is the foundation of MUCSET’s three focus areas: organizational audits, business process and compliance reviews, and leadership development. I bring that full range of expertise to every MUCSET engagement with the clarity, rigor, and commitment that complex organizations actually need.
